Applying for a Visa
SSA recommends international participants apply for visas as early as possible before the meeting. Please remember to contact your consulate to determine the wait time for an interview.
SSA provides invitation letters to those who meet one of the below requirements:
- You are a session convener.
- You are a confirmed presenter.
- You have registered for the meeting.

We are meeting in-person!
Please note that we are planning a fully in-person conference: all attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The health and safety of all in attendance will remain our top priority.
