Registration Information
We look forward to seeing you in San Juan! Registration is required to attend the SSA Annual Meeting.
This year, registration for field trips will be handled separately, after completion of the registration form for the technical conference and workshops. Please register first for the technical conference and then for a field trip.
All members of the Latin American and Caribbean Seismological Commission (LACSC) are welcome to register at the same special price as SSA members. Special pricing is also offered for student and early-career SSA members. Those who register at the non-member rate can choose to receive complimentary SSA membership for one year while completing the registration form.
- All presenters must register to attend in-person.
- Proof of vaccination is not required to attend; everyone is strongly encouraged to be vaccinated, following CDC guidelines.
On-Line Registration is now closed. On Site registration will be available. Please visit the registration desk to inquire.
Pricing Schedule
Registration includes access to technical sessions, exhibit hall, the awards luncheon, daily refreshment breaks and selected receptions. Workshops and field trips are available at an additional cost.

SSA is committed to providing a safe, productive and inclusive environment for all of its meetings. All attendees are required to abide by the SSA Code of Conduct.
Refund Policy
Meeting, workshop and field trip registration fees are 100% refundable if the cancellation is received in writing to registration@seismosoc.org on or before 15 March 2023. Cancellations received between 16 and 30 March 2023 will have a $50 USD processing fee deducted from their refund. Cancellations made after 30 March 2023 will not be refunded. Abstract fees are not refundable.
